Job summary

Thales Group in Belfast invites applicants to join a 3-year Industrial Process Engineering Graduate Programme. You will rotate across business units in Year 3, developing engineering solutions under the guidance of the Engineering Leadership team.

The scheme is accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS. Beginning 6 September 2027, the programme includes structured learning, site assignments, and opportunities to work on Thales products with a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to participate in a multi-site rotation programme

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS
• Rotate in Year 3 across business units to gain exposure to different engineering lifecycles
• Work on current and new Thales products, supported by experienced engineers
