Tameside Hospital is seeking a Rotational Clerical Officer to provide full clerical support across Community Administration in Tameside & Glossop. You will be the first point of contact for patients and staff, handling enquiries in person, by phone or email, and supporting Health Care Professionals with a range of clerical duties.

The role covers 14 sites across the borough, with travel between Glossop, Hyde, Ashton, Denton and Droylsden.

Competenze

• Administration experience is essential.
• Able to deal with the general public in person, by phone or email.
• Provide full clerical support to Health Care Professional teams.

Mansioni

• Provide full clerical support to Health Care Professional teams in community clinics.
• Act as the first point of contact for community service users, in person, by phone or email.
• Cover across all locality sites and travel between sites as required to support service delivery.
