• Qualified pharmacists with a Masters degree in pharmacy.
• Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council required.
• Experience in an NHS/Healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Review medicines reconciliations using advanced electronic patient record systems.
• Support medicines reconciliation at the point of admission.
• Work as the Responsible Pharmacist and support clinical workflows.

Education

4 year vocational Masters degree in pharmacy

Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
