Practice Plus Group is seeking a Workforce Planning Rota Administrator to produce and maintain rotas for Out of Hours and Clinical Assessment Services in Surrey. This part-time role focuses on ensuring shifts are properly resourced and service delivery is supported at all times.

You will work with regional Rota Leads, manage rota gaps, coordinate cover, and maintain workforce data in RotaMaster while supporting payroll processes.

• Proactively manage rota gaps and coordinate shift cover across the region.
