Job summary

The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Paediatrics Directorates. The role focuses on coordinating management team activities, acting as the main point of contact, and ensuring rosters run smoothly.

You will manage rota updates, facilitate on-going cover arrangements, and support trainees with induction and onboarding processes, contributing to a high-quality patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Paediatrics Directorates.
• Act as main contact for enquiries to the Departments.
• Coordinate and allocate clinical staff to the rota for theatre, ward, and on-call cover.
• Update the electronic rota and communicate live changes.
• Facilitate staff induction and onboarding for new trainees.
• Organise locum/agency cover through the Staff Bank and liaise with agencies.
