Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Rota Co-ordinator for Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Paediatrics to provide comprehensive admin support to the Directorate, supporting the Management Team, Clinical Director and Clinical Service Leads.

You will manage the electronic rota, coordinate staff, arrange on-call cover, liaise with agencies for locum support, and ensure shifts are published live and deadlines met.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE grade C/5 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Be the main point of contact for enquiries to the Departments.
• Coordinate and allocate clinical staff to the rota to provide cover across theatre, wards, clinics and on-call.
• Keep the electronic rota updated in real time and communicate changes promptly.
