United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Rota Co-ordinator (Band 4) based at Lincoln Hospital to coordinate and manage rota schedules for consultants and junior staff, ensuring safe staffing levels within budget.

The role requires data entry skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and especially Excel, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Service Manager and clinicians to maintain high standards of patient care.

Formación

• GCSE English C or equivalent and admin/IT experience.
• NVQ level 3/HND or equivalent demonstrate admin procedures.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and data handling capability.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage rotas for department to ensure safe staffing within budget.
• Provide administration support to the Head & Neck team.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and clinicians to maintain staffing levels.
