Responsibilities

• Produce and manage complex rotas for Consultants, SAS and Junior Doctors across General Surgery and Urology.
• Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day staffing queries and ensure safe, effective cover.
• Match staff skillsets to theatre lists, support induction and leave planning, and contribute to service development.
