Sky is hiring a Workforce Operations Resource Assistant for our Osterley office as part of a collaborative team supporting accurate rostering in a fast-paced live production environment.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized and dependable, enjoys detailed work, and wants to develop understanding of workforce planning while using rostering systems and following clear workflows. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, dependable and able to use systems.
• Ability to check rostering information and follow data standards.
• Experience in rostering or scheduling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fixed-pattern rotas.
• Check rota information for gaps and errors.
• Keep rostering data accurate and up to date.
• Communicate rota information clearly to colleagues.
• Support busy periods by completing allocated tasks.
• Follow established processes and keep records.
• Develop understanding of production roles and scheduling.
• Support ad hoc projects with Workforce Planning.
