Job summary

Sky is seeking a Workforce Operations Resource Assistant in London (Osterley HQ) to support rostering, build fixed-pattern rotas, and maintain data accuracy in a fast-moving live broadcast environment.

This entry-level role offers a hybrid model (3 days in the office), a collaborative team, and opportunities to learn workforce planning, rostering processes and production requirements while contributing to efficient scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow a repeatable process and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fixed-pattern rotas in line with templates and deadlines.
• Check rota data for gaps or errors and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Keep workforce rostering data accurate and up to date.
• Communicate rota information clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Support busy periods by completing allocated rostering tasks in priority order.
• Follow established processes and maintain records of updates and decisions.
• Develop understanding of production roles and rostering requirements.
• Assist Resource Coordinators on ad hoc projects and team initiatives.
