Job summary

Responsibilities

• Compile, maintain and publish accurate employee rosters using the Corporate Rostering Tool.
• Coordinate cover for sickness, annual leave, training, medicals, interviews and special arrangements.
• Validate roster data with local managers and communicate updates.
• Manage short notice changes and resolve roster queries efficiently.
• Oversee leave records and support annual leave planning.
• Ensure safety-critical competencies are built into rosters and assist payroll checks.
• Provide data for reporting requirements and support safe, compliant operations.
