Qualifications

• Proven chef experience in a highly rosetted operation.
• Ability to lead, motivate and organise the brigade.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of others and maintain high standards.
• Contribute to seasonal menu development and cost control.
• Manage food costs, portions, stock levels and waste within budget.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and kitchen porters.
