Job summary

Orbital Recruitment are seeking an experienced Class 2 Roll On Roll Off Driver to join a busy transport operation based in Ilkeston. You will collect and transport waste and recyclables between customer sites and processing facilities.

Typical hours are 50–60 per week with pay at £14.50 per hour plus enhanced overtime. The role requires a Class 2 licence, CPC, tachograph and RO/RO experience where available.

Qualifications

• LGV Cat C / Class 2 licence required.
• Current Driver CPC.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Previous Roll On Roll Off experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 RO/RO vehicle.
• Follow daily routes and schedules.
• Carry out pre-start vehicle checks.
• Report any vehicle defects.
• Liaise with customers and site teams.
• Complete daily checks and paperwork.
• Follow company safety procedures.

Hours: 50 - 60 hours per week

Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Orbital Recruitment are looking for an experienced Class 2 Roll On Roll Off Driver to join a busy transport operation based in Ilkeston.

You will need:
