Job summary

Questech Recruitment is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver to join a leading waste management client. This role is Temp to Perm, starting via agency with ASAP starts available.

You will drive Class 2 Refuse Collection vehicles and assist with loading, organising recycling and waste while ensuring paperwork is accurate and health and safety are observed. Hours are Mon-Fri with an alternate Saturday, around 42.5 hours weekly, with pay between £16 - £23 per hour depending on experience and

Qualifications

• Must have UK Class 2 licence, CPC and Tacho with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Experience in waste/RORO/RCV preferred but not essential.
• Full training and induction provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 Refuse Collection vehicles.
• Assist loading, and organise recycling, refuse and garden waste.
• Complete documentation accurately and adhere to health and safety.
• Work to schedule with 42.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri and alternate Saturday.

This role will be Temp to Perm and start initially through the agency. ASAP starts available.

Class 2 Driver / Loader duties:

• Driving Class 2 Refuse Collection vehicles
• Will involve being on your feet and assisting loading / organising recycling, refuse and garden waste
• Ideally experience within waste / RORO / RCV but not essential
• Ensure all documentation and paperwork is completed accurately.
• Adhere to all health and safety.
• Must have a UK Class 2 licence, CPC and Tacho with no more than 6 penalty points
• Full training / induction will be provided on their vehicles.

Hours:

You will be working Monday to Friday with an alternate Saturday. 7am start each day until finish, work circa 42.5 hours a week.

Pay Rate:

The hourly rate will be between £16 - £23 an hour depending on experience, licences and pay type.
