Winner Education in Leatherhead, Surrey, seeks an experienced Room Leader to deliver high-quality early years care and education in a unique environment. You will support children’s development in line with EYFS standards and guide a team to maintain outstanding learning experiences.

The role offers progression into management, a salary up to £35,000, and benefits including holiday allowance, childcare discounts, and wellness perks. DBS checks and references are required.

Competenze

• Must have Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or senior practitioner
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child protection
• Excellent communication and a passion for early childhood education
• Commitment to delivering high standards of care
