Job summary

Willing care is recruiting an experienced Room Leader for our well-established nursery in England. You will lead the day-to-day running of your designated room, deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, mentor team members, and plan engaging activities to support children's development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues.
• A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare.

What We're Looking For
