Job summary

Bright Horizons Tytherington Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Room Leader to guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional early years education. You will lead, mentor, and inspire, ensuring each child in the room develops and meets their milestones while safeguarding and building strong partnerships with families.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and the ability to foster inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding
