Job summary

Bright Horizons Woking nursery is seeking a Room Leader to guide and inspire a team to support children's development and milestones. You will ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and partner closely with parents and colleagues to meet each child’s needs.

The role requires a Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification and prior EYFS experience, with a passion for inclusive learning and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection requirements.
• Ability to develop trust with colleagues and parents.
