Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Room Leader to lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional early years care and education for every child.

You will safeguard children, promote health and safety, and build strong partnerships with parents and professionals to support each child’s development and milestones. A Level 3+ Early Years qualification and solid EYFS knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• Must hold Level 3+ Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Early Years settings; room leader preferred.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding aligned with policy.
