Bright Horizons Tytherington Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Room Leader to guide and inspire the room team, delivering exceptional care and education for each child. You will promote safeguarding, health, and partnerships with families while ensuring welfare and development within an EYFS framework.

Ideal applicants hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and proven leadership and communication abilities to build trusting relationships

Formación

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and wider legislative requirements for working with children.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and inspire the room team to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding and partnerships with families.
• Build strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and professionals to meet each child’s needs.
