Job summary

Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery is seeking a Room Leader to guide a caring team in Frimley Green. You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality care and education, and support each child’s milestones within a nurturing environment.

The role requires Level 3 Early Years qualifications, EYFS knowledge, and strong safeguarding practice, with a focus on partnerships with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Early Years setting; ideally as Room Leader or similar.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding.

Responsibilities

• As Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education, helping children develop and meet milestones.
• You will promote child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and other professionals.
