Job summary

Bright Horizons Chilworth Day Nursery is seeking a Room Leader to guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional childcare and education. You will mentor staff, promote child welfare and safety, and foster strong partnerships with parents and professionals to meet every child’s milestones.

The role requires an Early Years Level 3 or higher, with prior experience in an Early Years setting. A passion for inclusive learning and adherence to EYFS are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, preferably as Room Leader or similar.
• Passion for creating inclusive learning environments with EYFS knowledge.
• Strong safeguarding awareness and ability to build partnerships with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Ensure child welfare, health and safety and safeguarding at all times.
• Develop trust and partnerships with parents and professionals to meet each child’s needs.
