Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Room Leader to mentor a team and deliver exceptional care and education for preschoolers. You will foster child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding, and strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.

The role requires a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, prior room leadership experience, and a passion for inclusive, EYFS‑focused learning.

Formación

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Early Years settings, preferably as Room Leader or similar.
• Passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Help every child in the room to develop and meet milestones.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding.
• Maintain strong partnerships with parents and professionals to meet each child’s needs.
