Bright Horizons Romsey Day Nursery is seeking a Room Leader to guide a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional care and education for every child. You will foster safeguarding, health and safety, and collaborative partnerships with families and professionals.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification, EYFS expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to support children’s milestones in a warm, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience leading a room or team in an Early Years setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding in the room.
• Build strong partnerships with colleagues and parents to meet each child’s needs.
