Job summary

Zero2Five is seeking an experienced Room Leader for the 2–4s room in Bristol. You will lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure a safe, caring environment aligned with EYFS standards.

The role requires Level 3 EY&C and EYFS knowledge, with safeguarding and English qualifications, plus strong team skills and a passionate approach to early years care.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years & Childcare qualification (or working towards).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Level 2 English qualification.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety and confidentiality.
• A caring, enthusiastic and team-focused approach.
• Paediatric First Aid and Child Protection training are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the 2–4s room.
• Support and motivate your team, ensuring staff are deployed effectively.
• Create a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader, or a confident Level 3 Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step in their Early Years career.
