What you’ll do

As a Room Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  1. You will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, and adaptability throughout the day, ensuring attention to detail, thoroughness, and hygiene to provide the best guest experience.
  2. Fulfill special guest requests involving set-ups, supplies, or celebrations, which are typically handled by Room Attendants.

The above highlights a typical day in the life of a Room Attendant; specific duties will be provided during onboarding. Operational hours are shift-based and may vary.

Current shifts are:

  • Monday to Sunday, starting as early as 7 am and finishing by 6:30 pm.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Attention to Detail: Noticing small things and ensuring everything looks clean and tidy.
  • Good Communication: Understanding instructions and asking questions when needed.
  • Time Management: Working efficiently to complete all rooms on time.
  • Energetic: Comfortable moving around, lifting, and being on your feet most of the day.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating well with colleagues and assisting when needed.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous Experience: Experience as a Room Attendant in a 5-star hotel is a plus.
  • Customer Service Skills: Politeness and friendliness with guests.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing supplies and maintaining order.
