As a Valet Attendant, you will have the opportunity to excel in your field, learning from experienced colleagues and our award-winning training programs to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Handle guest garments from collection to delivery, ensuring proper care and presentation.
• Provide seamless service, including pressing, packing, unpacking, quality checks, and managing room moves, with flexibility during shifts.
• Fulfill special guest requests, such as room set-ups or delivery of storage items, primarily managed by our Laundry Valet team.

The operational hours are shift-based, currently from 07:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.

What You’ll Bring

• Attention to detail in handling and maintaining garments.

• Basic knowledge of laundry processes; training will be provided.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a 5-star luxury environment is advantageous.
