As an Overnight Housekeeper, you will have the opportunity to excel, learning from your colleagues and our award-winning learning academy to achieve high standards in craft, service, and leadership.

What you'll do

• Provide seamless service with discretion, intuition, and flexibility during your shift, ensuring attention to detail, thoroughness, and hygiene to deliver the best guest experience.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Front Office, Concierge, Valet/Laundry, and In-Room Dining to handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Clean guest bedrooms and public areas across the hotel, including outside areas if necessary.
• Report directly to the Duty Manager on shift.
• Fulfill special guest requests involving setups, supplies, or occasions, primarily handled by the Overnight Housekeeper.

Details of daily responsibilities will be provided, along with specific hotel care procedures.

The operational hours are shift-based and subject to change, currently scheduled as:

• Monday to Sunday: starting from 22:30
