Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain pristine bedrooms and public areas, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the property. You will greet guests with a welcoming smile, assist with requests, and collaborate with a friendly housekeeping team committed to high standards and continuous improvement.

Live-in accommodation is available, with full-time or part-time contracts and a strong focus on wellbeing and career growth within an award-winning

Qualifications

• Be committed to delivering exceptional cleanliness in bedrooms and public areas.
• Welcoming guests with a friendly, helpful manner and clear English communication.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset hotel bedrooms and public spaces to required standards.
• Interact with guests in a courteous, professional way and respond to requests.
• Work as part of the housekeeping team to exceed guest expectations.

*Please note: our hotel is in a very remote location and is not accessible by public transport. Live in accommodation available.*

We offer minimum 37.5-hour per week employment contracts, but we understand that everyone’s needs are different. That’s why we’re happy to discuss part‑time contracts to fit around your individual schedule.

What We Offer:

• Overtime Pay – you’ll be paid for every hour worked beyond your contracted hours.

What you’ll be doing?

What you’ll need?

• To be committed to deliver exceptional cleanliness within hotel bedrooms and public areas;
• You may be interacting with our guests so a welcoming smile is essential as is conversational English;
• Being a Room Attendant is hard but rewarding work, and will require a level of fitness in order to complete this vital role;
• Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable, although full training will be provided in the use of chemicals, cleanliness and equipment;
• You will be a good team player with an enthusiastic approach to exceeding guests’ expectations.
