Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection Limited is seeking a Room Attendant to help maintain an exceptional guest experience across our bedrooms and public areas. You will take pride in cleaning to high standards and attend to the little touches that elevate stays.

The role suits someone who enjoys hard work with a sense of pride, and who can interact with guests with a welcoming smile and good conversational English. Training will be provided on chemicals, equipment and procedures.

What you’ll be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you will be a vital cog in our team and vital to our overall guest experience. This role is perfect for those that take a real pride in their work, love cleaning and want a role that allows time to focus on the little touches.

What you’ll need?

• To be committed to deliver exceptional cleanliness within hotel bedrooms and public areas;
• You may be interacting with our guests so a welcoming smile is essential as is conversational English;
• Being a Room Attendant is hard but rewarding work, and will require a level of fitness in order to complete this vital role;
• Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable, although full training will be provided in the use of chemicals, cleanliness and equipment;
• You will be a good team player with an enthusiastic approach to exceeding guests’ expectations.
