Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection is seeking a Breakfast Chef for our remote-location property to deliver high-quality morning service for our guests. You should enjoy fast-paced environments, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and present attractive breakfast dishes with pride.

We value a can-do attitude, basic cookery skills or a Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship, and teamwork. Live-in accommodation is available, with overtime pay for extra hours.

Qualifications

• Basic cookery skills with either proven experience or a Professional Cookery Level 2 / Commis Chef Apprenticeship Standard.
• A passion for food and produce, with pride in its delivery to the plate.
• Your potential, your commitment, and your ability to work under pressure alongside being an excellent team player, is important to us as your knife-handling skills.

What We Offer:

• Full-time (42.5 hours per week) or Part-time Contracts tailored to your lifestyle.

What you’ll be doing?

This Breakfast Chef role is perfect for someone who
loves the buzz of a busy morning service, works well under pressure, has great food
presentation and loves producing a satisfying breakfast for our guests.

What you’ll need?

• You won’t be expected to have exceptional food knowledge but you
  will need to have basic cookery skills with either proven experience or a
  Professional Cookery Level 2 / Commis Chef Apprenticeship Standard qualification;
• A passion for food and produce,
  with a pride in its delivery to the plate;
• Your potential, your commitment,
  and your ability to work under pressure alongside being an excellent team
  player, is every bit as important to us as your knife-handling skills.
