Eden Hotel Collection is recruiting two Room Attendants for our Cheltenham properties. One casual zero-hours role and one part-time role offering 16 contracted hours per week with potential for flexible additional hours.

We value exceptional cleanliness, friendly guest service, and teamwork. Training will be provided for cleaning chemicals, equipment and safety, with opportunities to grow within a values-led employer.

Please note, we are currently recruiting for two Room Attendant positions:

• 1 x Casual Room Attendant – zero-hours contract
• 1 x Part-Time Room Attendant – 16 contracted hours per week, with the possibility of more flexible hours.

What you’ll be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you will be a vital cog in our team and vital to our overall guest experience. This role is perfect for those that take a real pride in their work, love cleaning and want a role that allows time to focus on the little touches.

What you’ll need?

• To be committed to deliver exceptional cleanliness within hotel bedrooms and public areas;
• You may be interacting with our guests so a welcoming smile is essential as is conversational English;
• Being a Room Attendant is hard but rewarding work, and will require a level of fitness in order to complete this vital role;
• Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable, although full training will be provided in the use of chemicals, cleanliness and equipment;
• You will be a good team player with an enthusiastic approach to exceeding guests’ expectations.
