Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a reliable Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and suites in the Marylebone area. You will work to brand standards, replenish amenities, and respond promptly to guest requests in a fast-paced environment.

Join a team that collaborates with Guest Services to deliver a seamless, personalized guest experience, manage daily room allocations, and uphold exceptional attention to detail across 440 guestrooms and 11 event spaces.

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented and service-driven.

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms and suites to brand standards.
• Ensure rooms are inspected and ready for guest arrivals within expected timeframes.
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies while maintaining presentation standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Record lost properties accurately according to hotel procedures.

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is located in the prestigious Marylebone area of London’s West End, overlooking the gardens of Portman Square and just moments from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. The hotel features 440 elegant guestrooms including 50 suites, along with 11 versatile meeting and event spaces hosting a wide range of corporate events and social occasions. Duties and responsibilities related to the Attendant role

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms and suites in line with hotel quality and brand standards.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are inspected and ready for guest arrivals within expected timeframes.
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies whilst maintaining excellent presentation standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, enquiries, and housekeeping-related concerns.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and damaged items to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
• Accurately handle and record lost property items in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with Guest Services and wider hotel teams to deliver a seamless and personalised guest experience.
• Manage daily room allocations and productivity targets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and service quality.

About You

You are a reliable, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards. Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, or cleaning experience is highly advantageous, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. You enjoy working as part of a team, can manage your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction are essential for success in this role.
