Job summary

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms to the highest standards and deliver welcoming service in a luxury setting. The role offers flexible shifts and the chance to grow within Hyatt’s global portfolio.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and welcoming.
• Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Follow daily room assignment checklists and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, maintaining a professional attitude.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Support deep cleaning tasks and assist with special housekeeping projects as needed.
