Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms to the highest standards and deliver welcoming service in a luxury setting. The role offers flexible shifts and the chance to grow within Hyatt’s global portfolio.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in conversational English to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and welcoming.
• Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Follow daily room assignment checklists and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, maintaining a professional attitude.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Support deep cleaning tasks and assist with special housekeeping projects as needed.

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is located in the prestigious Marylebone area of London’s West End, overlooking the gardens of Portman Square and just moments from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. Duties and responsibilities related to the Room Attendant role
