Job summary

SíSí Glasgow, a vibrant rooftop restaurant, is seeking a confident Restaurant Supervisor to lead busy shifts and embody our hospitality ethos. You’ll work closely with management to ensure every service runs smoothly, while acting as Duty Manager when required and keeping guests at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll be a natural leader with experience in fast-paced venues, able to stay calm under pressure, motivate the team and communicate across front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar.
• Ability to manage busy service periods and guest expectations.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant shifts and lead the team to ensure smooth service.
• Act as Duty Manager and take responsibility during assigned shifts.
• Lead pre-service briefings and ensure the team is prepared for service.
• Support management in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and hospitality.
• Manage reservations, tables and flow of service.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues.
