Job summary

SíSí Glasgow is seeking an ambitious Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the rooftop bar, develop a high-energy team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll drive standards, profitability and a standout cocktail programme while living our hospitality ethos.

Responsibilities include leading the bar team, managing stock and GP, building strong supplier relationships and shaping the guest journey from daytime drinks to late-night rooftop events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a high-volume cocktail bar or premium hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to develop a team.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of GP, stock and labour.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
• Own the day-to-day operation of the bar and ensure high standards.
• Develop and evolve the cocktail programme and guest experience.
• Manage stock, ordering, wastage and GP; build supplier relationships.
• Ensure licensing, health & safety and compliance standards are met.
• Manage rotas, training and performance; foster an inclusive team culture.
• Collaborate with management to deliver restaurant, bar and rooftop events.
