SíSí is a rooftop restaurant and bar in Glasgow's Merchant City, renowned for bold Mexican-American flavours and an energetic atmosphere. As Restaurant Supervisor you will lead restaurant operations, support the team through busy services, and take on Duty Manager responsibilities to ensure outstanding guest experiences from open to close.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Previous supervisor or duty manager experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant shifts and lead teams.
• Act as Duty Manager and own venue during shifts.
• Lead pre-service briefings and ensure readiness.
• Manage reservations and seating flow.
• Address guest feedback professionally.
• Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen/bar.
• Support training and development of staff.
• Ensure health and safety and opening/closing procedures.
