Job summary

itison is seeking a Duty Manager for Sloans in Glasgow to support the GM & AGM in delivering top service on the bar, floor, and events. You will help run day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, and work closely with the kitchen to keep service smooth and efficient.

The role offers variable hours up to full-time, with a suite of benefits and opportunities to progress within the company as the venue remains active and busy with events in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory/duty manager experience in a high volume, fast-paced venue.
• Experience in events environment is a bonus.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Support GM & AGM to lead the team and deliver great service on the bar, the floor and at events.
• Assist the management team with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service across venues and events.
