Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking a Contracts Supervisor to lead roofing and waterproofing contracts across the UK from a Midlands base. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensure delivery on time, within budget and to high standards, and coordinate with clients, suppliers and site operatives.

This hands-on, supervisory role requires proven roofing experience, strong health and safety knowledge, and a client-facing approach.

Qualifications

Proven experience in roofing with flat roofing, mastic asphalt or waterproofing understanding.
Strong health and safety knowledge and site discipline.
Confident communicator with client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee roofing and waterproofing contracts from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site operatives to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and safety compliance.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
