Based in Birmingham, the company specialises in mastic asphalt, felt and waterproofing systems for flat roofing, alongside service deck refurbishment, underground car park waterproofing and multi-storey car park surface treatments. Projects span the education, commercial, public sector and residential markets, with a strong reputation for delivering complex works on live and operational sites. Contracts Supervisor Job Overview

• Oversee and manage roofing and waterproofing contracts from inception through to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the high quality standards the business is known for

Contracts Supervisor Requirements

• Experience of car park waterproofing, service deck refurbishment or specialist surfacing is highly advantageous
• Previous supervisory or management experience within construction or roofing
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practice on site
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Well organised with strong problem-solving and reporting abilities
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites
