Job summary

Birmingham-based roofing specialist Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD seeks an experienced Contracts Supervisor to oversee roofing and waterproofing contracts across the UK from a Birmingham base.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Proven experience in the roofing industry with flat roofing, mastic asphalt, felt or waterproofing knowledge.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage roofing and waterproofing contracts from inception through to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site operatives for smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
