Job summary

The role involves preparing RAMS, coordinating with clients and contractors, monitoring progress, and reporting to the Manager. A strong background in roofing systems and team leadership is essential, along with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing supervision or senior roofing role.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, site procedures and health & safety.
• Experience completing RAMS and site documentation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing teams on site and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Prepare and complete Friday packs for upcoming works.
• Carry out RAMS and ensure they are understood and followed by the team.
• Monitor site progress, quality, materials and productivity.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Liaise with clients, site teams and contractors where required.
• Provide regular updates and report directly to the Manager on project progress, issues and requirements.
• Identify and resolve problems on site efficiently.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to the required specification.
