Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead roofing and cladding projects across Yorkshire. This permanent, site-based role offers autonomy with support from an experienced team, and a strong per-project focus on safety, programme delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires SMSTS and CSCS Black Card, a full UK driving licence, and a track record delivering industrial/commercial roofing projects. Salary up to £65,000 plus company car and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing and cladding.
• Experience delivering industrial or commercial roofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of refurbishment, overcladding and new build roofing systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple roofing and cladding contracts across Yorkshire.
• Plan programmes and coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and plant.
• Carry out regular site visits across live projects and maintain safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, site managers, subcontractors, suppliers and design teams.
• Monitor programme, quality, costs and contractual administration.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality.

About the Role

You will take responsibility for managing multiple roofing and cladding contracts across Yorkshire, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Managing projects from pre-start meetings through to completion and handover
• Planning programmes and coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and plant
• Carrying out regular site visits across multiple live projects
• Maintaining excellent health and safety standards on site
• Liaising with clients, site managers, subcontractors, suppliers and design teams
• Monitoring programme, quality, commercial performance and project costs
• Managing project documentation, reporting and contractual administration
• Resolving technical and operational issues to maintain programme delivery
• Supporting successful project completion and client satisfaction
