Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Roofer to join our Response business in Middlesbrough. You will specialise in responsive maintenance roofing works for our customers' properties, including repairs, felt, batten, leaks and leadwork.

You will work in social housing settings and maintain high safety standards. A full UK driving licence is required, and we offer a guaranteed 39-hour paid week with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Roofing experience for repair/renewal and maintenance
• Ability to work in social housing environments
• Must have full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Undertake repair/renewal roofing works including repairs and maintenance (leaks, felt, batten, gutters, leadwork)
• Communicate effectively with scheduling team, tenants and line managers
• Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements
