Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofer to join our response maintenance team in Middlesbrough. You will specialise in carrying out responsive maintenance roofing works, including repairs and renewals, and work with tenants in social housing settings.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £34,293 for a 39-hour week, on-target earnings up to £38,349 with bonus, overtime and callout. Benefits include a company van, fuel card, uniform and PPE, paid holidays, pension contributions, life

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing is required.
• Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair/renew roofing works, including leaks, felt & batten, gutters, leadwork and torch-on felt repairs.
• Build relationships with scheduling teams, tenants and line managers.
• Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
