Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Roofer for a brand new long-term contract. You will specialise in repair and renewal roofing works, including repairs, maintenance, roof leaks, felt and leadwork.

You will work with tenants, scheduling teams and line managers, and uphold Health & Safety standards. A full UK driving licence is required and a company van will be provided along with uniform and PPE. The role offers on-target earnings and opportunities to grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as roofer with maintenance/repair focus.
• Ability to work in social housing environments and liaise with tenants.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Undertake repair and renewal roofing works including leaks, felt, and leadwork.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs to customers' properties.
• Communicate effectively with scheduling team, tenants and line managers and work professionally in varied environments.

TheRooferrole:
