Job summary

WPS in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Roofer to join our Responsive Maintenance team on a social housing contract. You will carry out day-to-day roofing repairs and maintenance across occupied properties, delivering quality work with safety and customer care at the forefront.

Responsibilities include roof inspections, fault diagnosis, carrying out remedial works, and recording materials used. You will communicate with schedulers and residents, work with other trades when required, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Roofer, ideally within social housing or responsive maintenance.
• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing essential.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Reliable, professional and customer focused.

WPS is looking for an experienced Roofer to join our Responsive Maintenance team, working on a social housing contract in the Derbyshire area.

You’ll be carrying out day-to-day roofing repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties, delivering a high-quality service while maintaining excellent standards of safety and customer care.

About You

• Proven experience as a Roofer, ideally within social housing or responsive maintenance
