Job summary

WATES is seeking an experienced Roofer to join our Responsive Maintenance team on a social housing contract in the Derbyshire area. You will carry out responsive roofing repairs, inspect roofs, diagnose faults, and perform remedial works while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2 in Roofing, a Full UK driving licence, and experience working in occupied properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Roofer, ideally within social housing or responsive maintenance.
• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (or equivalent) – essential.
• Full UK driving licence – essential.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Reliable, professional and customer focused.
