Job summary

Deutsche Bank in the UK is seeking a Regional Operations Centre Manager to lead security operations across UK&I and MEA, ensuring life safety, business continuity and high standards of incident response. You will manage ROC/SCR teams, work with vendors, and maintain documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, HR policy application, and experience with investigations, welfare checks, and training ROCOs. Shift pattern includes 4 days on/off with CCTV license required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team and leading security personnel.
• Experience performing investigations and disciplinaries.
• Ability to apply HR policies in investigations.
• Experience conducting welfare checks on remote sites.
• Ability to complete Mitie/CBRE contract compliance documentation.
• Experience training ROCOs and ROCMs.
• Ability to report safety hazards and incidents within 12 hours.
• Familiarity with KODs and incident management.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCTV/Access control and panic alarms in UK&I and MEA.
• Triage alarms and reduce impact on operations.
• Coordinate with security systems team and vendors.
• Maintain data protection compliance in investigations.
• Report equipment faults with correct details.
• Lead emergency response for executive residences.
• Maintain EEP records and update as instructed.
• Attend weekly client calls and produce reports.
• Manage ROC/SCR personnel documentation.
• Conduct welfare calls and reviews.
• Monitor travel security and support travellers.
• Support Deutsche Bank crisis management procedures.
• Ensure effective staffing of ROC/SCR.
