Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a Product Support Specialist to promote hip and knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons in the North-West and optimize customer service. The role provides front-line clinical and technical support during Mako procedures and trains surgeons in robot setup and planning, leveraging CRM tools to manage accounts and opportunities.

The candidate will work independently with supervision when needed, applying substantial clinical experience and a strong understanding of product

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2+ years clinical experience.
• Professional knowledge to apply principles and concepts in resolving issues.
• Attention to detail in evaluative judgements based on factual information.

Responsibilities

• Promotes hip and knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons in the North-West.
• Provides clinical product support during Mako surgical procedures.
• Maintains customer relationships and grows existing accounts with technical expertise.
• Trains surgeons and hospital staff in the use of the Mako robot and implants.
• Addresses customer challenges with the support of the Sales Team and RSM.
